At Shoulder Elbow Orthopaedic Group, we understand that costing and financing may be a concern for our patients. Our doctors are on the panel for the majority of local insurers. And our experienced clinic staff are more than happy to help you work through your financing options so that you can focus on your journey to recovery. 

Our clinic accepts all patients, with or without insurance. Patients with insurers not currently on our list can rest assured that we will do everything we can to aid them in making the necessary claims. 

Integrated Shield Plans

Patients affiliated with the following Integrated Shield Plans will enjoy the following benefits when treated by our doctors at Shoulder Elbow Orthopaedic Group.

Prudential: Speak to our clinic staff about cashless procedures under Prudential’s PRUExtra as a Premier client. 

Additionally, patients with personal Prudential PRUShield plans can expect reimbursement of pre- and post-hospitalisation fees for up to 180 and 365 days, respectively. Patients under this plan will also enjoy an enhanced Letter of Guarantee (allowing for cashless services of up to $30,000).  

Pre-authorisation (by Business Office) is required for patients with no electronic letter of guarantee (eLOG).

Great Eastern: As a Great SupremeHealth client with Great Eastern, patients of Shoulder Elbow Orthopaedic Group are eligible for a post-hospitalisation cover of up to 12 months when seen and treated by our orthopaedic specialists. 

Plus, our patients who have a personal Great SupremeHealth plan are entitled to reimbursement of pre- and post-hospitalisation fees for up to 120 and 365 days, respectively. 

A pre-authorisation letter prior to the patient’s admission also allows for the assurance of being covered for the necessary procedures. Patients can also expect that co-payment fees will be capped at $3000, allowing them to focus on their road to recovery.

AXA: Patients at Shoulder Elbow Orthopaedic Group under AXA personal insurance plan can expect their pre- and post-hospitalisation bills to be claimable for up to 180 and 365 days, respectively. 

Additionally, an enhanced Letter of Guarantee allows patients to receive cashless services of up to $150,000 and a co-payment sum capped at $3000 when treated by our orthopaedic surgeons.
